• Shipping Rate: $4.99 flat rate

Shipping Time
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email and start working on your order, which usually takes us 1-2 business days. Once this is done, we will ship the order to you. We currently ship within the United States only, including Hawaii and Alaska for a flat rate of $4.99. The deliveries typically take 3-5 business days.

Delays
While we aim for reliable and timely delivery, factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect transit times. If your order is delayed, please be patient and wait a few more days. If you're waiting for too long, just contact us and we will look into it.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@henrydurden.com. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled, and a return would need to be initiated instead.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Whilst we do our best, sometimes you may receive a damaged or wrong items. We sincerely apologize for it, but we are not perfect. Just send us an email at sales@henrydurden.com and we will sort it out for you.
